- Full Refund: You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only available for cancellations made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
- Additional services or products purchased during the rental period are non-refundable.
Modifications to Reservations
Changes to Reservations:
- You may modify your reservation (e.g., change the rental dates or vehicle type) up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, subject to availability.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time may incur additional charges.
Extensions:
- If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.
